If you commented on our Instagram

When you comment one of our keywords (like PRICING) on an Instagram post or reel of ours, we send you one message with the free guide you asked for. To do that, and to make sure we never send it twice, we keep a short record: your Instagram username, the ID Instagram gives you for our app, which post it was, which keyword, when, and whether the message went. We do not keep what your comment said.

That record is deleted on its own after 90 days. To have it deleted sooner:

1. Email [email protected] with the subject Instagram data deletion, or send our Instagram account a message saying delete my data.
2. Tell us your Instagram username, so we can find the record.
3. We delete it within one month, usually within a few days, and reply to confirm.

You never logged in to anything of ours, so there is no account or connection to remove on your side. The message we sent sits in your Instagram inbox, and you can delete that conversation in the Instagram app whenever you like. Your comment stays on Instagram until you delete it there.

If you joined the 3D Printing University waitlist

Email [email protected] from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete it. Same timing: within one month, usually much sooner. To stop the emails only, use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of them.
